Went Black Friday shopping here and was surprised to find it closed at 6:30am. In the past they have always opened early with door buster sales. Traveled to a different one in a bigger town and they were also closed. We did finally get to shop there but it wasn't until later. Store was clean and we got some good sales but the lack of Black Friday deal was disappointing.

Bought several items. Went to check out and the lady in front of me was atrocious. I didn't see there was a designated waiting line. There wasn't anybody else in line. I wasn't crowding her in any way and she had a temper tantrum all the way out the door and into the parking lot where she waited for me. Not the stores fault for crazy people but if there's a certain line we should be in, it needs to be marked better. The person I was with also did not notice it. 'Tis the season.

I went to  get my hair dyed a natural red and showed the stylist a picture of the color. After two hours I look at my new hair and IT IS A SHADE DARKER BROWN THAN MY ORIGINAL COLOR (medium brown)! I was upset but was invited back for a touch-up if I wanted one. So I came back only to get my hair dyed black and purple (I asked for the color I had originally paid for the week before). So to anyone who is thinking about letting them touch your hair, just know that they will do what THEY think will look good, not what YOU asked and paid for.

I always think JCP has great prices on their sales. I like most of the clothing options, especially dresses.  Clean store and decent staff.

This is the smallest Jcpenny I've ever seen and there was stuff everywhere. Not to clean and not to impressed. I went in to find some shoes but that wasn't an option here and if it was I couldn't find it
