Terrible experience here.  This place need to hire a retail manager who knows how to manage.  There were tons of employees working, but none of them helped us.  They have a very bizarre check-in process where they take your name and then text you when it's your turn for a fitting room.  We waited over an hour to get a room.  When I continually checked  when our turn would come, the front desk person eventually said they sent our text and we didn't respond.  We never got a text and it was very frustrating considering I had checked several times with them so she knew we were waiting.  I had to throw a bit of a fit in order to get a dressing room.  When we finally got our turn, we got no assistance in getting gowns to try on.  It was very clear they didn't want our $500 plus dollars for their overpriced dresses, and i will never go to this place again.  Save yourself three hours and drive across town to anyplace but here.

This is essentially the best formal wear experience in the twin cities. Not only are there hundreds of brand name designer dresses hand picked by the owner, but the organized and professional experience is wonderful. My closest friend found her unique wedding dress here, which says one can find wedding dresses and not just semi formal  or prom dresses. Secondly, my daughter got the most unique prom dress that should have been a red carpet event dress. No one had the dress out of the 1000 kids who attended her prom last year. 
We received royal treatment with the luxery of sitting in swanky couches, huge mirrors placed around and sparkly lights to set the mood all taken in while watching my daughter show off the dresses she was trying on; the owner continually came by to check on us to see if we were finding what we needed. And she shared personal experiences of picking the dresses, which made one feel like she personally picked the dresses just for us. 
Yes, for the first time rubi jubi shopper, get on the try on list (which is similar to getting on other wedding venue store lists for trying on dresses) for rubi jubi is a popular, busy place —due to its great dresses. However, it’s very much worth the wait, though! A gem in the twin cities!
