Not sure how there are so many bad reviews, however I have read most and most are complaining about them not accepting their clothing. This is the absolute NICEST Plato's I've EVER been in. And I've been obsessed with these stores for years. I've traveled all over MN for different Plato's and this one is the cleanest with the best selection of brand name clothing. Almost everything I see is still in stores, nearly brand new. Most look like they haven't even been worn! All the Plato's I go to have so many items with stains and holes. This Plato's is very strict on the items they take. I can't believe how great the price is for such great clothing. I hope they keep up the good work because this has always been my go to store for any needs I have! My boyfriend loves this one too! Also I see a lot of comments about staff being rude. When they are constantly yelled at and questioned for what they are instructed by their boss to do I can see how they'd get a little frustrated. I agree they should be a bit more nice, I've never personally had problems

Workers are ride. Sit at the counter, don't greet anyone. Asked for where some thing was and they point to a vague area , I had to ask for someone to show me. Men's section is almost non existent. 5 people working and no one helping customers , just talking amongst themselves.

One of the nicest Platos I've ever been in. The location is super bright and open, unlike the dank basement types I usually go. But whoa nelly, so much Forever 21.... I see a lot of people complaining they didn't take their stuff, I actually wish they did that more. Just admit it, you're selling it to them for a reason. It's probably the same reason they have for not giving you $20 for your H&M hoodie.

While I used to shop at Plato's more often, I've stopped because many things I've gotten here have been stained or ripped. Then the return process is not good and sometimes they refuse to take the item back. Not impressed.

Lots of selection, good bargains, patient employees. I visited after having lunch nearby with my young son, who was less than well behaved and knocked over a stand of belts. The girls working were very nice and helped me replace the belt rack and made sure my son was alright (he was).
