Was amazed at the hospitality we received from the staff! Perfect anniversary trip. We opted for the primitive tent site not knowing if it would be big enough, but we were able to fit our car, kayak, and 6-person tent around our campfire and still had plenty of room. Once we arrived, we had issues setting up our tent, but it didn't take long before some staffers and fellow campers were quick to the rescue. Even after hours when the gift shop is closed, there is still a staff member that rides around (on a golf cart) at night to make sure everyone is taken care of. From fire wood to electrical issues, they want to make sure that your stay is comfortable. Mr. Richard, thewho stays and works on site from Oct.- Mar. was extremely helpful and made our stay that much better. We will DEFINITELY be returning.

Never been here. Looking for a great place not far from the ocean. My comment is how does it earn a 4.3 star rating with so many 1, 2 and 3 stars?!!

Tried for a week to get them on the phone. Also no voicemail. By then all of the sites were gone. If they can't answer the phone, I'd hate to think what their on site customer service will be like. Will take my business elsewhere.
