We made reservations here for myself and my sister's family. At the last minute, my sister couldn't go so my husband called and changed the registration to a single campsite versus the group camp site. When we arrived and saw how small the campsite was, we knew there was no way to put our 10 person tent on the site. When we had to go back to the office to discuss this, we were prepared for a fight. What we got was total helpfulness and the management put us on a site that was normally used just for overflow. The site was large and within minutes of changing sites we had a fire ring and picnic table brought to us. This was fantastic since they were booked solid. This is what customer service should be. Thank you for a great weekend and a 1st time camping experience for my kiddos. We will recommend you to everyone that we know.

I have to give it a 3 star only because their dump station AND swimming pool were out of order. Not one employee that I came into contact with was particularly friendly, though no one was rude or anything either. The kids LOVED this place, and for the fact of entertainment and such, it should have gotten 5 stars. They had a little motorized train that took kids and adults around the park. There was a "hayride" (though I didn't really see any hay....lol) each evening. There was also a little petting zoo! There was mini golf that cost $5 per person, and the weekend we were there, there was even a little tournament which made it more fun. They had made to order waffle and pancake breakfast which the kids loved. They also sold food which was a nice plus compared to other campgrounds I've stayed at. The kids particularly loved the milkshake machine in the lobby/store area. There is a nice playground and bouncy houses and corn hole /ladder toss/connect 4 outdoor game area. Escort takes you to your site and the sites were easy to get in and out of.

Staff was very friendly. The sites are a decent size. If you can deal without a sewer connection you'll get more room with one of the tent sites. They still have water and 30amp electric. There is a nice pool for the kids! Gave it 4 stars due to it being so close to the freeway, although the traffic noise wasn't too bad.

We only stayed one night. It had been raining and was muddy at the site. They offer free waffles and pancakes in the store from 8-10 and have about three little tables to sit at. The mini golf costs $5 per person which the kids loved. They have an inflatable jumping mat near the entrance. The fitness center is a nice touch as most campgrounds have none. It is mostly cardio equipment and some light weights. It has two televisions along with water and towels. We will stay again when heading to Florida.

This is one of my favorite KOA. We had a great spot just across from the 2nd. laundry room. One broken washer, one small load washer. 2 large load and 2 dryers. One of the campers hogged the machines. I hand to drive the the camp store to wash and dry one load of laundry but at least there was another facility. Bath houses were immaculate. Wish all KOA offered recycling. This one does.
