Dr. Factor graduated from UCLA School of Dentistry in 2003 and completed his periodontal specialty training at the University of Connecticut in 2006. He is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. He has been practicing periodontics in his La Mesa, California office since 2007. Dr. Factor values patient communication and high quality healthcare delivery. He strives to ensure that his patients are comfortable and confident during their periodontal procedures. He also offers IV sedation. His patients enjoy his friendly personality and sense of humor.

I was referred to Dr. Factor to see if a molar could be saved. I had a deep pocket and some bone loss. I had been told by another dentist that the tooth would probably have to come out & be replaced with an implant to the tune of about $4000+. Dr. Factor cleaned out the pocket & did a bone graft which saved my tooth at about 1/3 the cost. Dr. Factor is very professional and careful in his work. Needless to say I'm very happy with the results.

Dr. factor is not only an extremely qualified dentist and Periodontist he is also a great individual. He seems to actually care about the welfare of his patients and will give you straight answers and plan out your best options. I'll often tell people he's the only dentist I actually enjoy going to visit.

Dr. Jeremy Factor is a top-notch periodontist and implant specialist. His staff is composed of excellent and dedicated professionals who provide excellent care as well as skillfully navigate the ridiculously convoluted world of insurance, sparing me the ordeal of having to deal with it myself. Dr. Factor performed implant surgery on me. It went so well that I was able to attend class two hours after the surgery. In addition to his medical expertise which I rate as superior, Dr. Factor is an incredibly amiable, warm, funny, and caring doctor. He takes the time to thoroughly explain procedures and answer questions. Without any hesitation or equivocation, I recommend Dr. Jeremy Factor.

Dr. Factor is a true professional! I had some major periodontal grafting surgery completed by Dr Factor and he did an amazing job! It was an extensive surgery lasting about 2 1/2 hrs. I was very anxious initially but he explained the entire process. (fear and anxiety are inverse to the level of knowledge you have. i.e fear can be dispelled with knowledge) The entire treatment area looks great and the level of patient care I received was 2nd to none by Dr. Factor and his staff. Further, Dr. Factor followed up to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the treatment. I am an active duty military member and have free treatment through the military however I choose to go to Dr. Factor for all my dental appointments. Dr. Factor is rare in today's business world where everyone is just trying to make a buck. Dr. Factor does REALLY care about all his patients and always wants to improve his already high level of patient care. I can't give Dr. Factor a higher recommendation if you are searching for a dentist in the San Diego area. He is simply the best!
