I cant speak well enough of Jernigan's and staff.
I have had 3 procedures over past 8 years. Natasha and staff did a great job in explaining all procedures and giving me a realistic idea of the result I could expect. I have never been disappointed- I had to get a new ID after trying to get thru airport with old drivers licence and security didn't believe it was me! It is amazing what a hair line does to enhance your look. Thick or thin is better than slick! I love my new look.

I had 2 procedures at Jernigans; total 6000 grafts and result is, zero growth. Both surgeries failed. The first one was 3000 grafts before 5 years but no hair growth. I can understand one failure but During follow ups,  Dr. Koher and his assistant, Natasha assured me of much better results if I go for another procedure. I again went for second procedure with additional 3000 grafts. After spending so much and going through the painful procedure twice, I am regretting my decisions. Now I have scar on the back of my head, I have lost so much money and end result is thinning hairline. I don’t blame Dr. Koher, it was my mistake, I went for second procedure with the same surgeon even after the first one produced zero results!!

If you are planning to go for hair transplant, please spend more time in researching on surgeons, reading reviews, talking with their prior patients (especially insist on talking with dissatisfied patients with bad reviews) and then only select right surgeon. Please don’t decide based on facility ambience, initial treatment given by staff and assurance given during initial consultation. Even if there is one bad review, you should question surgeon about that review and try to get into the fact. 

You have to understand, hair transplant is a cosmetic surgery so it’s a money making business!!

An amazing clinic. Back in November 2016, I was enlightened by Jernigans about the possibility that has changed my entire life. To provide more details about where I was in life, I was a 19-year-old rapidly balding. I had the Homer Simpson receding hairline and a huge bald spot growing. Every time I looked in the mirror, I HAD to look away. I was embarrassed, my self-esteem was deteriorating, all my hopes of looking the way I dreamed about, were just gone. I didn't want to go on dates, let alone even ask a woman out on one. I had zero, I mean ZERO, confidence. But then, after doing research into extremely expensive shampoos and hair products (THAT DO NOT WORK... trust me I tried them all) the possibility of having my hair back was finally found. Jernigans. These comforting, extremely professional, people helped me get my life back. The permanent hair transplantation procedure was very intimidating, don't get me wrong, but Natasha Achterberg and Dr. Koher made me feel extremely comfortable and just like they said it would, everything went flawlessly! Jernigans knows exactly what they are doing and are very thorough in explaining their step-by-step procedures. I feel so lucky that there is still a place that cares so much for their patients, and understands how much baldness effects men and women, especially a 19-year-old! It is no different to have this procedure done than it is to have braces! Hair and teeth can affect your ENTIRE LIFE! As a film major, TRUST ME, it matters! No one should ever feel ashamed that they want to have this procedure done! It truly is life-changing! After going to many different clinics, I learned there are a lot of schemes out there. Jernigans IS NOT! They are the absolute best in the business and far superior over any competitors. I am so happy and grateful for all they have done for me. I can’t say it enough. I can't believe this place owned by Dr. Koher
From koher hair restoration. This man is evil when the first time you will see him he will tell you all the good things once you paid him and then your surgery. When you go  back six month check up .you ask him a question why I'm not having the result what you told me the very first time he will tells you .you got the hairs but I never promised with you like you're going to have a Kennedy Hairs.he embarrassed me and once he said that he left from office like I said something wrong  please please please do not go there don't waste your money find some other doctor is my advice to you

I was first introduced to this place by a friend and customer who has amazing results. Thinning myself and embarrassed of my hair loss at an early age I was so impressed of his before pics and what I was seeing in person. Well after visiting with the professional staff here I decided to make the leap like so many others in their clients pictures. And I couldn't be happier with the results. I have my confidence and my looks back and my hair is so full. Best of all its my hair!!! You won't be disappointed!
