I was pleased with my first visit here. I'm not a hair expert or professional, just a DIYer trying to save some money. I felt the staff was helpful and respectful. I store was clean and organized. My items were also bagged in a high quality wig bag versus the standard plastic. This place will probably be my go-to from now on.

My experience at this beauty supply store was wonderful. The customer service is great they are nice friendly & very helpful. I will never go anywhere else because when your spending your money that you work hard for you want good service. Ladies this is the store you want to give your money too!!! Five stars!!!!!

They have the best quality wigs,also the staff are very friendly and helpful,I'm a loyal happy 😊 customer

I like this place better than wake Beauty in Wake Forest. Ever since the owner of wake Beauty sold it to a new family, their customer service has went down the drain but this place has good customer service they have incredible wig selections and prices are reasonable.

Prices are reasonable and expected. The customer service however is noteworthy. They may check on you often but don't give the feeling like you're being watched --- they legitimately want to help you! Return policy is better than most beauty supply stores. Recommended!
