Harry was helpful and friendly. As a bonus, Jerome’s offers coffee and cookies. I got a couple pieces of quality furniture for a good price. Highly recommended. I’ll be back to get a few more furnishings.

Marjorie  was absolutely amazing in helping me basically furnish my entire new home. The details and information and the money that she sought to save me were exactly what I needed and also her pleasant smile and her pleasant happiness towards her job really helped me feel relaxed and wanting to come back. I enjoyed my experience here at Jeromes because of Marjorie.

I walked in with a delivery issue, I was very upset and disappointed but I was helped by Mandy and she is truly an angel! She was very kind and understanding. She was able to solve my issues with no problem. It was fast, quick and easy. Mandy was amazing if you have any issues definitively go to her.

My sales Representative May  was Amazing! She obviously loves her job. She had the ability to multi task, knowledge, and the prettiest smile. This was my first time here and I absolutely love the fantastic customer service.

Ordering was fast and easy.  Kudos to Krystal for coordinating the order for the bedroom set.  She followed the order all the way through up until the text and call about delivery.  Dora and the 2 men who delivered the set were very professional and careful with getting the furniture in without scratching it or the walls.  They put the bed together and arranged the furniture as to how I wanted placed in the room.  Everything went smooth and the communication could not have been better.  I will definitely order from Jerome's in the future and will recommend them.
