Extremely bad costumer service. Took forever to find someone to help, and when we did they were racist and extremely rude. Left without buying anything and will never come back to this store ever again. 

Save your time and go to Home Depot, they have nice employees who are actually willing to help.

I spend all day buying a stove went and pick it up, got home opened it and it was damage I can believe no one would say anything I come back to return it they don't have one they want to sell me the damage one I don't want a mest up stove they found one In Riverside but I have to go and pick it up or order it online they just couldn't do anything for me I ended up getting my $700 cash back. Now I'm  going to use my credit card from the competitor like I originally thought of doing because I have bought all of my appliances with then but thought I give Lowes a chance and but never again I'll stick to what is best and I have use for ever thank you Home Depot.

Oh boy, where should I start.  Called before I went there, the person I spoke  with  had gone to lunch.
I was looking a vinyl fencing so I asked if they could call someone.
A very abrasive  women came to garden said nothing to me and startde to described  me.  I thought she was talking about the person I was to look for, she snapped at me I'm  talking about you.  The whole garden shop was empty,  young man came and said he would help.  My installer was with me.  He said just a minute I'll  be right back.  He never came back.  We found what we needed no one was at the cash register.   So we went to customer service.  Same  abrasive woman  on the phone on hold.  Ask if we could ring up there.  Had to ask four times before her or other women if we could get rung up and if they could look up my credit account, finally the other women  answered  me.  I have to say that was worst shopping experience  I've  ever had.  They need to get some smiling  people who know what customer service  is.  I thought home depot was bad, now I believe they are great in after shopping this silly store.
