Went in curious about switching over from sprint. I've been screwed in the past. I was helped by a guy name Joe who was absolutely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He also educated me on why the process could at times take longer. The wait is long but this store is worth it. I'd definitely ask for Joe if you were going in.

Bad customer service I went there to get a replacement phone they ask me want was wrong with it I told them what was wrong with my phone they inspected it and order me another phone    when I return to pick up the replacement phone they said that they couldn't give me the replacement phone because my phone was damaged then I asked to speak to the manager talking to him is like talking to a zombie I would had better results if I was talking to a real zombie  I been  with them for 9 years they did me wrong

Came to get a replacement phone but they didn't have the phone we wanted in stock but they did help us find a nearby T-Mobile store that did have it in stock. The wait was a little long to get help but they made up for the wait with their friendly staff and fast service.

So-so....they never want to handle a real issue. They only want to say it is a corporate issue.

T-Mobile is an awesome location to get your phones at. They take care of you right away and they even offer you the cheapest best deals that they have and that will work with you as well. I have unlimited data and I cant complain knowing that my price is never going to change no matter how much gigs or messages or calls I make. I am really satisfied with this location and I do recommended to everyone.
