Last year I purchased two leather recliners. In addition I purchased the protection plan. In early December one of the recliners began peeling. I went into the store and I was told that customer service would be contacting me. As of yet I have not been contacted. If they don't rectify this situation I will be contacting the JAG office at my local military base. I have leather couches that I purchased from Lane fourteen years ago and they are in perfect condition. I am so frustrated because I talked my daughter into buying a leather couch from Jerome' s. I guess next time I need a recliner I will go to Lazy Boy.

I must say that my salesman was the best. My delivery service sucked. I had a 2-6 window. They did not arrive until 9:30pm. Not even a phone call from anyone. Two days later in still waiting for a call about my delivery refund. The customer service girl Nicole hung up on me while I was put on hold. The worst service ever.

Miserable experience with deceitful, lying staff. The Torrance store is built on hustling sales folks that will sell you discontinued floor models, then string you along for weeks before you find out that there is really nothing to ship. Their delivery team seems to be part of this culture of deceit and lying as well. When the initial delivery was to be made, they called and they said that the product was damaged during the loading of the truck at the warehouse. But, what they didn't know is that I knew that there were only 4 units left and all of them were floor models - not one of them had been moved to the warehouse. In any case after a month of lies and deceit I finally canceled my order. Included in this was 3 extra trips made to the store to get updates because their phone system is impossible. If you try to get into the support queue you are forced to re-enter the options every 15 seconds... that is there way to reduce their call volume. Getting someone one live on the phone is slightly more helpful than sitting in the queue but comes with the frustration of having to talk to one of their deceitful team members!!!!

I walked in the door looking a bit disheveled due to moving all morning, and an employee looked me in the eye, took me in, and didn't say a word. Not even hello. I understand he may have been preoccupied, but common courtesy is always in good order. After beaming with my biggest smile and greeting HIM with a big hello, I had the pleasure of being approached by a wonderful sales associate, Chicago. He was personable, knowledgeable, and respectful of the fact that I was in a hurry to go home and meet my next delivery, and knew exactly what I wanted. He took me directly to the perfect dining room set, and I was in and out in twenty minutes - very pleased with my purchase. My set was delivered several hours later, and I absolute love it. Sales person Chicago, merchandise, pricing, and speedy delivery - awesome. One star off for the rude associate.

Superb and extraordinary customer service - it’s such a blitz - hassle free shopping and they ensured that they worked with my budget - my sectional came fresh from San Diego - brand new no drama and cool delivery guys - I’m impressed - Thanks so Jerome’s !! What a great way to commence 2018 !!!
