The service was really great and the staff was very helpful!! I felt like I was welcomed and I got the best satisfaction out of my Ashley Furniture visit. The manager Pam was amazing and very helpful! I would suggest anyone to come here and shop, this store is the best I’ve ever been to!!!!

My experience at Ashley Furniture was phenomenal. The staff was very welcoming and helped attend my needs as soon as I walked in the door. The manager Pam was also extremely generous making my purchase quick and easy. I would recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone look for an amazing experience and a smooth purchase.

I love that store, I went for the first time with my girlfriend to check out other options for our furniture needs and we both really liked it. We walked in just about an hour before the store closed and left 3 hours later with a new bed frame, sectional sofa and bench. Rich was the attendant that helped us out and greeted us as we walked into the store. He was very knowledgeable about the products in the store and patient with us about our questions and inexperience in furniture shopping. He never looked like he grew tired and was very kind to us. I would definitely recommend asking for Rich when you go to Ashley's in Burbank. He's for sure the guy to go to. We tried getting help from some other guy there but I ended up frustrated at his lack of attention span and understanding that I literally yelled out "Rich, where's Rich we need to talk to him", and there he was ready and willing to help.

Great customer service and a very friendly environment. The people who work here are extremely helpful and this location provides an excellent selection. Go see MD, he’s a very friendly dude and helps you find exactly what you’re looking for based on your price range and preferences. If you’re looking to spruce up your home and invest in good furniture, this Ashley’s is definitely the place to go.
