They have a range of furniture from cheaper to better craftsmanship, but the customer service is what keeps me going back.

I USUALLY DONT WRITE REVIEWS BUT AFTER THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE IN 47 YEARS OF MY LIFE I AM COMPELLED TO WRITE THIS. I CALLED  THE STORE AND NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE WHICH I ASSUMED THEY WERE BUSY NO BIG DEAL I WENT TO THE STORE  AND WAITED 15 MINUTES FOR SOMEONE TO GREET ME  AGAIN NO BIG DEAL IF THEY WERE BUSY HOWEVER I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER THERE AND THE PERSON WAS ON THE PHONE AND I DONT UNDERSTAND THE LANGUAGE HE WAS SPEAKING IN SOUNDED MORE LIKE HE WAS ARGUING WITH ANOTHER CUSTOMER HE DIDNT EVEN HAVE THE DECENCY OF JUST WAVING HIS HAND OR ACKNOWLEDGING ME WITH A NOD. 
AGAIN NO PROBLEM  I UNDERSTAND  I AM NOT IN A FINE DINING RESTAURANT I AM IN A FURNITURE WAREHOUSE .
WHAT WAS CONCERNING IS THE BODY LANGUAGE OF THIS GUY WAS ALMOST LIKE WHY DID I WALK IN THERE AND DISTURB HIM AS HE CLEARY DOES NOT WANT TO WORK THERE.
WHEN I ASKED HIM ABOUT A CENTER TABLE I HAD SEEN ON THE INTERNET FOR $299.00  AND HAD A PRICE TAG OF 399.00 IN THE WAREHOUSE HE HAD NO EXPLANATION AND STATED INTERNET PRICES ARE DIFFERENT AND YOU HAVE TO MENTION THAT WHEN YOU COME IN.THEN WHEN I ASKED IF IF THERE WAS ANY OTHER SELECTION HE RUDELY GAVE ME A CATALOGUE AND TOLD ME THAT I HAVE TO PRE PAY AND IT WOULD TAKE 4 - 6 WEEKS AND THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF THE SHIPMENT GETS DAMAGED . STAY  AWAY FROM THESE GUYS THEY ARE CROOKS
