Story

Jerry's Floral Shop & Greenhouses is a family owned and operated business that has served Greenwood for more than 32 years. Our shop spans more than 25,000 square feet, featuring flower shops, gift shops and greenhouses. We buy only the freshest flowers, floral arrangements and garden plants. We are a full-service florist with three designers on staff. Our talented florists can create beautiful arrangements for weddings, sympathy flowers and everyday designs in fresh flowers and silk flowers. We can wire flowers anywhere in the world.

I can say this is a great shop. Wow at the selection. I had a delivery driver in the area and he stopped by at Mother's Day. He got an awesome tribute for his women. When I saw it I loved it. They put together a standing iron basket with the most beautiful plants. How different from the same stuff every one else does. I immediately called and told them "I need that" I just drummed up a conversation with Jeremy and before I knew it I felt like best friends. He was telling me some great things about flowers. I was amazed at their knowledge of having the right thing for the right occasion. The background of the floral industry is fascinating. For generations people have sent flowers when you were born and when you die. And all the life achievements in between. Once he had someone call for funeral flowers (PC: tribute or sympathy flowers. I get it) anyway, they didn't know what the wanted to order. A standing spray? A plant? He got a standing spray delivered to the funeral and that same standing plant basket to the home of the family. He told me many different reasons and holidays I never knew of. He also pointed out "why do you need a reason" everyday you're alive is a reason. I was inspired and thought about sending my husband a "too bad boys aren't as smart as girls" bouquet. Second thought told me not to. I am always looking for that perfect moment to send a spontaneous "you are flipping awesome dude" arrangement. Well... there was a lengthy conversation (mainly because I am a "jabber jaw"). I told him sorry to run on but I just babble to strangers all the time. He never cut me off. Maybe he likes spreading news of his business. Thanks for the time Jeremy BTW, my floral basket is the bomb

What a great experience with this company. They were kind and found flowers within my budget. They didn’t try to force me to buy more than I could afford. They delivered the flowers and my girlfriend loved them!! Thank you Jerry’s Floral Shop!

I previously had good experiences with Jerry's Floral Shop & Greenhouses known as Jerry's Produce. Recently, for my mother who was celebrating her 42nd wedding anniversary with my father. When I called Jerry's Produce, Jerry's daughter answered I was nervous to even speak with her due to an issue that occurred on last year between us in which she made a mistake in the way she handled the situation but she apologized later. Before placing my order, I asked to speak with Linda or Wayne since they are the most friendliest associates that go above and beyond in helping me. She stated they were not there I reminded her of our previous issues and I would like to avoid it at all cost because today is a special day, my mother and fathers wedding anniversary. She agreed that she remembered the mistake and it won't happen again and that she would fix me up real nice this time. I proceeded with my order of 6 peach roses, 6 yellow roses and a balloon that said Happy Anniversary. She even told me that they the balloon in stock that said "Happy Anniversary." When my total was provided it seemed a little steep but I proceeded to give her my card details. She even asked for my telephone number as well as my mom's just in case any delays with delivery. Later on that day my mother was so happy, she called me to tell me she received her gift she sent me a picture of her gift. I noticed the balloon said "You're So Special" instead of "Happy Anniversary." The first thing came to my mind is the flowers are nice but where is the balloon that says "Happy Anniversary." The next day I called Jerry's to find out if they didn't have any in stock or maybe she mixed up my balloon order with some else's since she did mention she would "fix me up real nice." The manager answered Jeremy, I explained to him my situation he showed no empathy then had the audacity to ask me "what do you want me to do about it?" I told him I said "I don't understand why I didn't receive what I paid for and if there wasn't any balloons in stock that said "Happy Anniversary why was I sold something different?" His voice started raising and he started cursing at me I asked him "can you please refrain from talking to me like this," I even asked to speak to the owner Jerry he said "Jerry won't do anything but send you back to me because I am the manager, he then apologizes for cursing at me and then says "Would you like me to refund you your money?" I said "being that your talking to me in that kind of way why yes, please refund my money." He then proceeds to say "your trying to tell me how to do my job well guess what don't call us ever again because we will not sell to you again." I thought to myself, how am I trying to tell you how to do your job when clearly you asked me if I would like a refund?" I asked him "do you need any information from me since you will be refunding my money back he said "No just don't call us again'' and hung up on me. This was an experience that I could not have imagined to have happen with a florist that I've always purchased flowers from. Jerry's Produce YOU made the mistake, the mistake was brought to YOUR attention but YOU decided to brush it off as if it was no big deal. Well guess what Jerry's Produce, it is a big deal because it was my money and I care about what I spend my money on. And if I or anyone else were told they have an item in stock, and that's the item that they paid for then it should have been given. If there was never a balloon in stock that said "Happy Anniversary" it should have been communicated to me. I was very displeased with the customer service that was given especially when it was their mistake. Since I wasn't provided the balloon but was told that there was a Happy Anniversary balloon when that's what I paid for but was given something different is deceptive florist marketing.

I live up north in Illinois. I have a close friend who lives in the Greenwood area who has fallen on hard times and could use some cheering up. After visiting Jerry's Floral Shop website I decided to place an order. Beautiful display of plants, flowers, gifts, succulents. The only problem I have with this company..... they have so many beautiful flower arrangements to choose from!! The perfection is overwhelming!!! Then, the cherry on top is the superb service. I spoke with Jeremy and explained to him I was calling from IL. I needed to get something cheerful to my friend. I called his shop directly versus using these 1800 places. I needed a personal touch. He said he had just the person there who could take care of my needs and passed the phone to April, his sister. You see, this is a family business with a family touch. Thanks Jeremy and April..... my friend received her plant with fresh flower arrangement today. She sent me a picture of her smiling holding the arrangement. A job well done!!! I'm a customer for life.

I would never think of shopping anywhere but Jerry's Floral Shop. They are the absolute BEST in customer service and fresh product!
