I recently received flowers from Val's and I can't say enough about how gorgeous the arrangement was and how long the flowers lasted! The arrangement had an array of flowers that complimented each other so well and a gorgeous vase that set the arrangement off! We had numerous visitors in our home compliment the arrangement and rave about the flowers and how unique and gorgeous the arrangement was. We have always enjoyed doing business with Val's and now being on the receiving end was no different! They definitely out did themselves and will continue to have our business for years to come!

My experience with Val's Flower Shop in Easley was appalling.  My husband ordered flowers for our anniversary.  The day they were delivered I was not home so they were delivered to a friends house.  When they were picked up by me my mouth dropped to see the arrangement.

A $50 arrangement consisted of 2 carnations, 2 roses, a few bachelor buttons and a lot of greenery stuffed into a vase that looked like flea market material.  Called the shop and complained but owner NEVER called back. My husband went by shop on Saturday, June 17, 2017 after web-site stated they would be open till 12:00 p.m. and no-one was there and they wouldn't answer phone.

We will NEVER do business here again!!!  Go to Valentin's Occasions where they care for their customers.

I went to go get flowers at 4 and they had a sign saying "out for delivery, will be back soon". i work down the street so i was able to walk back over at 430 and 445. They were still closed and would not answer the phone. I would give zero stars if i could.
