Linda's does great work! Wonderful staff and reasonable prices!

I ordered flowers for my sister who lives in another state to congratulate her on the arrival of her 1st born. I've ordered from Linda's before & know the good work they do for local deliveries. However, this was out of town so it had to be wired to another florist. The arrangement I'd ordered was not right at all. I can't even describe the atrocious arrangement they threw together. I called Linda & without hesitation she immediately had a new florist deliver an absolutely stunning bouquet of flowers with a precious ceramic vase & balloon! It was absolutely perfect! Linda's arrangements have always kept me coming back but the dedication to customer service from her & her staff cannot be compared!

I want to update my comment about Linda's Flower Shop.  Since my bad review, I've had multiple conversations with Linda who graciously apologized for my bad experience and will be refunding my charge.  She agreed with my complaint and did address the issue with the designer.  She also offered me a job!  I still am not happy with my arrangement, but I am impressed with the way Linda handled the unfortunate situation.

I went to Linda's Flower Shop today and was very disappointed! They didn't have anything made and flowers were not visible to inspect. They only had basic flowers, no specialty. I ordered a $50 vase  arrangement and after having to wait 30 minutes for it to be made, I was appalled! Now, it was arranged properly (although didn't have some flowers I asked for) but in my estimation as a prior florist owner in NY, worth no more than $30. I told them to fill it in and they put a few more stems of daisies and alstroemeria, but still not worth $50. If I had time to go to another florist I would have left the arrangement on the counter and walked out. They also didn’t have a box or cellophane to wrap the flowers in and filled the vase to the top so it spilled in my car!

They were also helping another frustrated customer and when the designer went in the back, she asked me for my opinion. She wanted something for a funeral at $50 and I suggested a dish garden with flowers, which is normal for that price point. When the designer returned, she told her that she was taking my suggestion and ultimately walked out happy. You're welcome Linda's!

I wish I could post a picture of my arrangement.  I paid $50 and it would have sold in NY for $30!!  Find another florist Anderson!!

Ordered roses for my grandmother.  The store threw in a bunch of balloons for free.  Made her day.  Thank you for the extra thought and effort.
