I just called and am from out of town. I spoke to a welcoming and creative young lady! I do not know much a bout flowers and/or arrangements but she pointed me in the exact direction I needed, AND she knew her stuff! She gave me exact quotes and taught me some stuff about seasonal flowers!! She made me feel excited to purchase from them! I can not wait to pick up my flowers now :)

When it came to picking the flowers for my wedding, I was unsure what I wanted. Mary Lou sat down with me and showed me several different kinds of flowers and styles to help me figure out exactly what I wanted. The flowers and arrangements turned out absolutely gorgeous! She and her team did such an amazing job. After they sat everything up, she recognized a few other areas where flowers would look nice such as on the seating arrangement board and flower pedals lining the aisle for the ceremony and just did it! Everything was absolutely perfect and beautiful!

Margaret is awesome! I loved everything she did for my wedding. We started by discussing what I wanted, then I told her my budget, and she made it ALL happen! She tuned in to my vision for the wedding almost immediately. I had a few last minute requests that were taken care of with no problem. I will definitely use Tigerlily in the future!

I almost feel bad for writing such a bad review, because I never write bad reviews, and the people here are nice, but my wedding flowers were easily the most disappointing thing I've encountered from a vendor probably EVER. As all brides do I planned for months. I had several meetings with the owner about what I wanted, and she acted so confused every time. I should have just got up and taken my business elsewhere and used this as a red flag. I had to tell her over and over and over and over again. It was exhausting!! Finally the day of my rehearsal dinner my mom dropped in on her to see how things were going and called me right after and said the women were freaking out because they didn't know what I wanted, and my mom noticed a lot of things didn't look right. I had to rush over where she acted so calm and said "i dont know why your mother thought that,im doing ok" i looked around and nothing was what i asked for or pictured. By this time in the process I told myself to forget it, as there was nothing I could do to change any of it. She put flowers in that i specifically asked NOT to put it, and they looked as though they were assembled by a child. I look back on my pictures and am extremely embarrassed. I should have just thrown them out. My parents paid over $1000 for WILTING flowers, bouquets I could have done a better job on myself, AND to top it all off MANY things were forgotten for the reception. She didn't have things we paid for. I should have made a huge scene afterwards and demanded some money back, but I just didn't have any fight left in me. Now I'll know to never set foot in there if I want something done right, or never to let anyone else trust these people with the most important day of their life. I should have just gone to wal mart or the grocery store and grabbed some fresher flowers and walked down the aisle with them!!
