The manager Kenny was very nice and responded well to a mistake on his drivers part. We got our food expeditiously and was also given incentives to return. I appreciate his service-

The first time I had Jerry's everything was perfect from the taste to the sandwich formation but my last I'd say 4 orders its like they've stopped caring. My sub has been poorly made like they just throw the stuff on there and its no where near my first experience.

In one words disaster. I placed an order for delivery and was told it would 30min. I had 3 hungry kids and 3 starving adults. Well needless to say the 30 turned into 1 hour and 30 minutes due to the order taker sending the driver to not 1 wrong address but 2. lm sure you can guess that the food was cold and the drinks were hot and the kids were cranky and the adults mad. The driver was very apologetic but the staff at the store level didnt really care because they were already paid by credit card.A simple I'm sorry would have been nice. Will never order delivery from Any Jerrys again probably wont eat there again. There are too many other choices out there that deliver and care about the quality of the food you receive. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
