Like another reviewer stated, I was in and out in under 10 minutes even with a small line. The 2 staff worked efficiently to address each of our requests. They are direct and are experienced to know exactly the documents required. Don't expect to be coddled. Come prepared and all will go smoothly. Also, they accept credit cards now ( who has time and energy to get a money order or order checks).

Not sure what all the fuss was about... Everyone was super cheerful and polite! There was a small line and I was out in 10 minutes flat. They now take credit cards too.

Jcpa are assholes, giving out tickets mercilessly. They suck, got a boot on my car although I wasnt parked over two hours.

What I find disturbing is that they don't give tickets to people who work for the city or police officers. It's a big party and the residents aren't invited. They rather give the residents a hard time instead of ticketing OUT OF STATE VEHICLES WHO HAVEN'T MOVED FOR WEEKS AT A TIME.   I honestly see how corrupted they are when they claimed they're "just doing a job", yeah try being honest, would be a great start.
