Today was not a great experience. Hadn't eaten in 48 hours (medical procedure) and decided that a steak and cheese was just what I needed. Suffice to say, I was starving. Messed up the order, had to wait until everyone else in the lunch line was through and there was no compensation for the mistake or the wait. While I love the sandwiches customer service fell flat today. An apology would have been nice.

Good service and food. Doesn’t take too long to get food, even when it’s busy. The place is small though, which makes it tougher to find a seat at lunch time when it’s busy. But in my experience the small stores are standard for jersey mikes.

I don't know how this place got 4.8 stars out of 5! This is the 1st time I have eaten at this particular place and will be the last! I have eaten at Jersey Mike's for years and love their subs and other items, but the staff is what is going to keep me away from this one! Slow slow slow and forgetful! The cutter was being all 'poor me about having to walk to work in the cold and picked a bad day to quit smokin" Meanwhile 2 customers walked out because they were tired of him chattin up with the customers instead of getting to his job, all the while 2 other staff stood around doin nearly nothin... There is CCV so look at the video from 2 to 2:30 pm on Jan 6, 2018... Oh and the meat cutter cut off the corner of his pinky while we were here! I cant even say if the bun he was cutting was thrown away or not! Not only did he need a mesh safety cutting glove but he needed a hair net to keep his long bangs from fallin into the food. BLAH.. no more
