Literally the best food I've ever had. It got to my house in 5-10 minutes and I had no problems. The nicest people I have ever met! The lo mein is so good and unlike all the other reviews this restaurant treated me well! I will definitely be spending my money.

Incredibly rude. She told me when I make up my mind to call back and hung up. All I asked her was what was the best wing flavor damn. Dont go here.

I WISH ZERO STARS WERE AN OPTION, I GIVE ONE STAR IN ORDER TO BE ABLE TO REVIEW. THE FOOD WAS SOUR INCLUDING THE SWEET TEA. WHEN I CALLED TO COMPLAIN THE OWNER HUNG UP IN MY FACE REPEATEDLY. ONCE I ARRIVED IN PERSON, SHE PUT ME OUT AND LOCKED THE DOOR BEHIND ME. I AM AT ATLANTA CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL SCOTTISH RITE BECAUSE MY SON WAS HIT AND RUN AS HE WAS CROSSING THE STREET IN COLUMBUS, GA. I ORDERED DELIVERY, PAID 31.40 PLUS 5.00 TIP TO DELIVERY DRIVER. LUCKILY FOR HER, I AM TOO WEAK TO RUMBLE RIGHT NOW, SO I STOOD THERE AND TOOK IT. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE, THE SERVICE IS FAR WORSE THAN THE SOUR FOOD AND TEA.

Is there any way to give zero stars? Seriously. We waited two hours, with no word from the store. (We ordered online. Luckily, we wanted to pay in cash so no money lost...) After two hours, I called and the woman who answered the phone sounded so frantic and loud that I couldn't understand her most of the time. She first told me the delivery driver was on the way, alright, fine. Maybe they were busy and just now got to making our order. I waited fifteen more minutes, and called again. Then, she said SHE was walking into the lobby. (I'm standing in the lobby at this point.) Okay, so she is now the delivery driver. Fifteen minutes later, I call again, since I AM IN THE LOBBY, with no lady, no food. She now says she is at the red light. Okaaaay. Which red light? After five more minutes, I cancelled the order. Forget it. This is a terrible business that should never have been opened. Triple B anybody?

Phoenix and Dragon has some great food and are open when no one else is! Service was good too. Highly recommend to anyone looking for good Chinese food!
