Went with group of more than 20 in reserved room. Food was okay I just didn't like anything that was on the special menu I had to order from. I only ate soup and bread sticks and per the host I still cost $20. I gave the lasagna, which I didn't like, away. The service was great, just didn't like not having more entrees to choose from. I understand from the host of this event that's what is required on parties of 10+

Probably won't be back. Stopped in at lunch. Was seated and brought beverages by the host. Then nothing for almost 20 minutes. Server stopped by as we were preparing to leave. She said she would be right back...another 10 minutes. Nothing. I understand being a server. If for whatever reason this server was this much in the weeds, the manager should have jumped in. This falls on the manager, not the server. Unacceptable.

Brought the whole family for dinner and it was very busy but they were very accommodating. Even when we missed hearing our pager by more than 15 minutes due to being out of range sitting in our vehicle during the rain bc it was too crowded to wait inside the restaurant, they sat us quickly. My 10 year old enjoyed playing with the kiosk at the table and my 2 year old was happy in her high chair. Service was slower than usual but it was busy. Our waiter was fun and attentive and we were placed in a nice location in the restaurant so the kids’ noice wouldn’t disturb other patrons. Our food was delicious, hot and plated nicely. My cocktail was fantastic! Ordered 2. ☺️ Strawberry margaritas with Italian margarita candy rim. I highly recommend! Overall great experience. 2 thumbs up.

Horrible service. Arrived at 5:30 on a Saturday and waited 30 minutes for a table. Sat down and 10 minutes later finally got water brought to us.15 minutes later some one finally came and took our order. Appetizer and salad still wasn't brought 20 minutes later and others were being served around us. Three servers were 20 feet from our table just standing there talking to each other and laughing. We got up and left and went to another restaurant. Stopped to tell the hostess as we were leaving why and she acted like we were annoying her and to just leave. No apology or offer to get the manager. We will never go to Olive Garden on Cobb Parkway again! An hour and and 15 minutes of our time ruined.

Absolutely the worst Olive Garden dining experience ever. I love Olive Garden food and their out of this world salad. The wait for seating was 45 minutes, and the dining rooms were nearly empty. Once seated we quickly ordered our drinks, bread and appetizer. The drinks were forever in coming out and the baked mushrooms were cold ! Salads we're served and they were delicious. Server kept running out of grated cheese , would return to kitchen for another cheese grater, and he'd run-out of cheese after a few cranks of the cheese grater This happened 3 times in a row!. After 30 additional minutes our food arrived. Everything had been sitting under a heat lamp. Spaghetti had dried out, sauces had thickened and the ziti 5 cheese had hardened to near crunchy from the heat. Dinner's Bill was presented and then the server disappeared ! After 15 minutes we managed to have another server go and find our server! In all fairness the salads and tea we're good, but I can't in good conscience recommend this Olive Garden to any one wanting a decent meal or service. We lost a total of 2+ hours trying to get a decent dinner. You are better off eating from a vending machine, than this Olive Garden.
