Just ordered from them for the first time ever tonight. I ordered chicken and a pizza with 2 garlic butter sauces on the side, the chicken wasn't very good, the pizza was good, but I got a grand total of NO sauces and I paid extra for them. I hate that, no attention to the details of my order. Doubt I'll bother ordering from them again.

Just the best middle of the road pizza experience possible.  Get the buffalo chicken salad and everyone will eat there veggies.  There ranch is better than most places also.

Worst customer service ever!!
My family and I went to Jet's Pizza # 19 19 in Madison TN on the 24th of May 2017 and got the most horrible customer's service ever an employee by the name Isabel( That's the name on my receipt) she was rude right from the time we were placing our order on the phone, so when we went to pick up our order. The rudeness continued. She slammed the boxes of pizza on the counter took the payment and just walked off, and we called her back to let her know that, that was not good customers service. She then went off on us saying that she always gives good customers service, and that she is only 19 like that has anything to do with good customers service. We got so upset at all her rudeness and turned to leave. She said "Don't let the door hit you on your way out." The whole time all this was going on all the other employees all came out from behind and were all standing and looking as if it was some kind of show or something. No manager ever came out to see what was going on.This was such a horrible experience at Jet's pizza and I suggest that the employee in question be dealt with appropriately because there are so many other pizza places we could have gone to. My family and I will never go to any Jet pizza again because of this incident. Our purchase total was over $30 .We will take our business else where, where they understand the term good customers service. 😬

I ordered pizza, for pickup, got tied up at work, I was surprised they still had it and was still hot and fresh!

I moved in the area 8 months ago. I've tried Jets twice in the Madison area & both times was horrible. I ordered Cinnastix and they looked and taste a day old. The pizza was not good either. I've had Jets at other locations & the food taste great.
