So this is the third or fourth time I've order delivery from this location. All of my other orders were fine, no problem. This time, we ordered the pizza and ten wings combo, plus an additional 6 wings, and put our traditional 'bring to rear door' tag on the order. Well, when the guy finally shows up, he went to the front door and asked them how to get around back - it's a wraparound driveway! THEN, he wouldn't even come over to the door (it's under a carport) - we only knew he was here because my husband went outside. He refused to come to the door with food, and insisted we were supposed to pay him in cash - although I had the e-receipt for the credit card payment. After HE called the store and was told it was a card payment, he gave my husband a dirty look for not giving him a tip. Oh, and all this time he'd taken our food out of his bag and put it in top of one of our recycling bins, so it's cooling off. Once we got all of that straightened out and took the food inside, we found that we were missing the 10 wings from the special! Now we are waiting for those to be made and brought out to us, as apparently the store never made them. NOT HAPPY!

So I ordered the shrimp alfredo pizza and got shrimp alfredo pasta dish delivered. When I called to tell them I got the wrong order but was charged for the pizza, they told me I wasn't charged for the pizza I was charged for the dish. Well either way you sent me something I didn't order. Terrible service and obviously I'm not the only one to think it. Giving this place 1 star is a little too generous.

Roma was awesome. You can tell that quality is a priority. Faster than expected delivery on a rainy weekend night! Order was correct and reasonably priced, they even had my fav... garlic butter . I am from New Haven, and while this isn't -that- kind of pizza, this place is my new go-to pie for sure. I've tried several places since I moved here recently, and no one can compete. Great job, great service, great price. 10/10.

This place is great. We've ordered from them several times and have had nothing but good experiences. The gentleman we've always worked with is as friendly as it gets, even telling me to call in my orders from now on, because he can save me money over the online prices. The pizza is the best bang for your buck you'll find around, and their wings are phenomenal. We'll keep ordering from here as long as we live in the area.
