Was a good vet while we used her for 3+ years. However due to moving we have had to switch vets. I called and asked for my dogs records before we left and was told that they could fax them to the next vet there was no need for me to come in, I thought great takes one thing off my plate! (My mistake) Moved out the the state to a new duty station, called to have them fax the info to the new vet. Nope, they don't have a fax machine, never had one so they can't fax the info. But they stated they would email them to me and mail them. Here we are 2+ weeks later, they are not answering my phone calls, phone messages, or emails. They have not mailed (physical or electronically) me a single page of my dogs info, nor have they returned a single message. Very upset!! I would have recommended them to anyone moving into the area, but after this treatment and being ignored I would say stay far away. They don't care about your pets or you once you are no longer their client. Unprofessional.

I absolutely love Doc W and her staff. They all work so hard and love animals and make sure that they are safe and happy when they are in their care. JetVet goes above and beyond to take care of my 8 (and counting!) furry children and I am so lucky to have such a wonderful veterinarian to take care of my furbabies. They are affordable and offer the top of the line products to protect my pets. I wouldn't take them anywhere else!

I have been taking my dogs to JetVet for the last 9 months. They have performed everything from surgery to shots and annual check ups to grooming on my babies. I have only ever had a great experience with both the Dr. and all the staff. My dogs range from ages 18 months to 9 years and she expertly handles their different needs for their stage in life. I couldn't ask for more caring and thorough exams and I never feel rushed. I ask a LOT of questions and she always takes the time to answer me. One of my biggest kudos to the Dr. and her assistant is with my 18 month old puppy who is very very skittish and is terrified of everyone. She actually enjoys going to the vet now! I also find their prices reasonable and highly recommend JetVet.

I was fired because the man Ben (vet tech- Jessica's Brother) - would not keep his hands off me. I turned it into the police. I informed Jessica of what had happened and she played nice for about 24 hours. Then the next morning her brother, and herself treated me like his actions were because of me. He even went as far, as to say if I turned this in he'd say I slapped his butt while brushing past him in the hall. I tried to take this to court but the company does not have enough employees. Please understand this does not reflect the service Jessica and her clinic provides, but I want people to know. So if a young lady works for her, and by some chance she has the same experience I hope she has access to this review. I hope she takes action. I tried everything I could, there is even video footage, but it was not handed over to the police. I have the text messages, and as much proof as one would need if someone questions this.

In my opinion she did not do all that she could to save my beloved pet. She did not make the procedures she was taking to save my pets life clear to me. In the end I just feel like she didn't do enough to save her life even though I was willing to pay for whatever it took to save her.
