Jewelry By Morgan is a full service retail jewelry store located in the Northland in Kansas City, Missouri. We have both a master jeweler and a watchmaker onsite to assist with all the repair needs you may have! In addition to this we also provide the following services:

Work Performed: Engagement ring sized down My problem with my visit here was the owner’s terrible customer service and attitude. He showed no respect for my ring, the service I requested, or me as a person. I would have walked out and gone to another store, but the only reason I went to Jewelry by Morgan was because of their quick turn around. So I told them to proceed with the work, but i have never had such a knot/sick feeling in my stomach. The engagement experience shouldn’t be like this... Let me by say, I completely understand Jewelery stores aren’t getting rich by performing repairs/resizing on rings. But i judge a store based on how they treat their customers with low value repairs, not how they treat customers purchasing $10,000 diamonds. Anyone can treat your large purchase customers with attentiveness, but those stores that show care and respect to the $150 order are the stores that I want to spend my money with. Clearly Morgan only cares about the big dollar orders

Took a watch in for battery. Said 30.00. Called 15 min. Later said was done. Got there and watch didnt work, left battery in a b d charged me 32.00. Why would u leave a new battery in broken watch. Then told me worked on it for a half hour. Long time customer now a never go back customer.

We purchased our wedding rings here and Morgan was great at helping us create just what we wanted. His craftsmanship is hard to find. I just recently had some repair work done and Morgan's is the only place I would trust with my jewelry. The customer service was great and they make you feel appreciated.

We love this place! I got a beautiful engagement ring and wedding band (even more beautiful than I could imagine) - the staff are so friendly and know you by name! When my ring didn't fit - they were able to adjust us and gave us the best experience! Couldn't ask for better - I honestly don't wear any jewelry (except now for my ring) so had no idea what to expect and they are above and beyond!

Because of a swollen finger I was unable to remove my ring. After telling me what was involved, I agreed to have the ring cut off with the shank to be replaced. The staff resized the ring for my left hand, did a beautiful job with the repair and my ring looks like new.
