I would never, ever shop anywhere else but Tivol for personal or for gifts. There is never, ever any pressure to purchase anything, but in fact, dropping in to see Lisa, their sales professional, has been a real pleasure for me over the years. She will immediately make you feel welcome and there's always a warm hug, a smile and the offer of something to drink. Lisa knows her product lines too. She can talk you through the value of whatever you're looking for, what might best suit you and your budget and gives you 100% of her attention. If you want the very best, look no further, and ask for Lisa.

When it came time to designing the most special ring that I would ever wear, Kathyrn at TIVOL was the most perfect match for me. I had shopped with her in the past whilst on holiday in KC and was always thrilled with the purchases I made. The fact that I live in Atlanta, but chose to fly to her to help create this stunner, speaks volumes on her client/customer values and care. She was able to track down the most most fabulous center stone and trapezoids in all of the C's we were looking for.  She made my fiancee (now husband) and I feel special and walked us through the entire process whilst waiting in Atlanta. The relationship she established with Robert convinced him even more that taking the trip to Kansas City was worth it considering our first class treatment.  We have since referred her to our friends and family as we know NO one can top her service! After the engagement,  we took another trip back to KC and purchased all of our bands with Kathryn! We are thrilled to call Kathryn our "family jeweler" and look forward to future trips and purchases.

Tivol is the best place you can find to meet any and all of your jewelry needs, not just in Kansas City, but anywhere! The customer service will keep you coming back, Gary specifically will go above and beyond to perfect your experience. The whole staff is personable and interested in finding out what you like, so they too can make your experience memorable.

My dad wanted to replace my mom's diamond in her wedding ring for her 60th birthday. He is extremely uncomfortable in jewelry stores, but Kathryn and Lisa helped him find something within his budget and that worked perfectly for him while making him feel comfortable. My mom actually cried she loved the gift so much. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them for even the most tentative customers.

The best in Kansas City by far, Gary Penner and the entire staff are very helpful and will take care of your jewelry needs! They built me a custom engagement ring with a rare green sapphire, it was even better then what we had imagined! Perfection! Thank you Gary!!
