I came to here in need of a custom wedding band for my husband, and Troy worked with me to make it just PERFECT! :) He made a custom copper and silver wedding band for my husband, and he was even able engrave on the inside of the band.  The whole team there is so nice and great to work with. Go see them if you need custom work or just anything sparkly ;)

What a fabulous jewelry shop!  I had no doubt that I would get my diamonds back when I left them there.  Troy and Stacy helped me add onto my wedding ring and I love it more now than I did before.  The ring turned out amazing and they were great to work with.  Stop in there for your custom jewelry needs!  Great people!

Shoddy workmanship, horrible customer service. Received a pair of custom stud earrings in summer 2015. By autumn 2016 one stud lost its stone, followed shortly by the other stud losing its stone in winter 2016. Brought earrings to the jeweler at Parkville Jewelers expecting an embarrassed and apologetic artisan for producing such weak work, or at the very least a quick repair and apology for the inconvenience. 

My experience was quite the opposite - 2 hostile employees (maybe owners) who tried to charge me over $100 to repair THEIR work. My boyfriend, who made the original purchase, was told something about an expired warranty of which he was never made aware in the first place. The jeweler then said he would charge him for the stone only (one was lost, the other I was able to find and take with us to have repaired) but would still charge over $80. For a tiny Blue Topaz! 

Boyfriend asked then asked them not to touch the earrings and to hold on to them until we would be able to come back and get them (I live in KC, he lives a few hours further south). 

Fast forward to today, when I went in with my young son to pick up my earrings. Both employees/owners demanded I pay them over $80 just to get my earrings back. After explicitly being asked NOT to repair the earrings, they went ahead and messed with them anyway and demanded money: I said I'd wait while they removed the stone and I would take them home, unrepaired. They made multiple excuses why they couldn't just remove the stone while I waited and instead preferred to waste their time undoing the repair and mailing me my earrings. 

What a horrible way to treat customers who have invested money into your work. We will certainly never spend another dime in this store. Do NOT waste your time and money here! Drive a few minutes south and visit one of he many REAL jewelry artists in Kansas City!

Thanks again Troy for the amazing diamond and custom setting engagement ring!  She was truly blown away when I got down on one knee.  Its great to know she has a truly one of a kind ring she will cherish for many years to come. I love supporting a fellow local small business and I can't thank you enough.  Go see Troy and you'll have no regrets for any of your jewelry needs.  You can truly trust that everyone at the store wants to deliver exactly what you are looking for at a surprisingly great value.  I shopped around and there is no comparison for the personal service, quality, and bang for the buck you'll get at Parkville Jewelers.  Highly recommend....

Very nice folks, but took too long to get an estimate on our repair (4 weeks).  Their quote seemed really high, so we didn't get the work done.
