I have been shopping here for years, always have had a great experience, customer service is outstanding, employees are very nice and courteous. Fair prices, lower than anyone in town (I know I've search prices whenever I get repairs done). I will always keep going here, and I will always recommend this shop.

Very good experience! I've been bringing my watches here for several years for general stuff: batteries replaced, bands sized, etc. My father's vintage omega wasn't running so I brought it in. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the service! I highly recommend Jewelry Services! They've been in business for years, and I can attest that they took excellent care of this customer!

Told 3 days to polish watch took 14 days. Terrible customer service, very rude with no interest in helping the customer or resolving the situation. Do Not Shop Here!!
