The work I have in my possession is nice. Back on Dec 28th I took my wedding ring in to be soldered back together with prongs and new birthstone settings. Finally got it on Feb 1st to have the stone fall out. Took it in. They "beefed" up the set and replaced the stone. Feb 2nd, the stone fell out again, took it back with a couple of days before it's ready. Some excuse every time. With a couple more days. I realize they are busy, But I'm starting to get Pissed! 
Not to mention the emerald they broke the 1st time. Ggrrrr

My husband bought me jewelry for Christmas. I went to return them because he paid waaaaay more than the jewelry was worth. They charge a 25% restocking fee and FOR WHAT. Places with integrity do not charge to return. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. They don't honor their merchandise, it's way over priced and stealing money on returns. Shame on you Kenzie
