My husband bought me a ring that had tiny tiny diamonds around the chocolate diamond. 
Today I noticed that three of the tiny tiny diamonds were missing. I went back to the jewelry store and asked the store employee if they would replace the lets call them chips in my ring. He said no because my husband didn't buy a warranty on the ring. The ring was bought in Decembet 2016. Now, we have never heard of buying a warranty on a ring. This store should replace the chips at no cost. He said he could get me an estimate on it if I left the ring and let me know how much it would cost to fix it. 
This store person was rude and smug with me. They are not the only jeweler in town and I will let everyone know how petty these stores are.

This Samuels is the best jewlery store in town. Shelena is the nicest sweetest most helpful person I've ever done business with. I love my ring and he actually perposed in store because we found the ring. I didn't want to wait to wear it islts so beautiful. Roy is the manager and he is super awesome very friendly staff period. The only negative is the play place right next door. I love my ring and will refuse to go anywhere else. I will always come back to this location.
