Walked into Zales just now to get my friend fitted for a ring and the lady didn’t even introduce herself or ask how we were she went strait to “how old are y’all” once we told her still without introducing herself she asked “would y’all apply for our credit card” I replied no I’m not interested and she said “well it’s just a soft hit on on your credit we’re in a competition and really need help” I told her no that it’s actually bad for your credit that you don’t just go around applying for credit cards and she turned around and stood at the counter... I might be young but I’m not stupid. Work on your customer service and introduce yourself before trying to ruin people’s credit ☺️!
