This is literally the worst jiffy lube. I pulled up and they just assumed I wanted the same thing. Didn't quote me a price and when I asked for them to top off the fluids they definitely charged me for it but they didn't end up roping off my fluids

Jiffy Lube on LaGrange & 31st. I came over here last weekend and they said they don't change the oil in Minis. Then I called and asked about our Jeep Commander. "We don't carry those filters." There's been a mechanics strike around town, so I called the customer service to see if that was why they weren't working and they had the regional manager call me. He said no, those guys weren't on strike, I was told wrong about them not doing work on Minis, and please come back in. The only cars they don't service are Bentleys and cars of that ilk. If they don't have a filter on hand they are supposed to go to the nearest auto supply store and get one. So I'm back, sitting here now and the guy calls me out to the garage. A terrible liar, he tried to hide a smirk as he said, "Your car requires a premium oil, so it'll be $99." I said, "Hold on, let me make a call." Stepped away, called the manager back. Sure enough, "What? No! It should be $84. I'm going to take $30 off for your inconvenience." I hate being scammed. Never again with this place. I can't figure out if they just don't think we use social media to share this information these days or what.

Last time I was in it was pretty quick, which was great. My biggest complaint is the amount of upsell. Feels more like an opportunity to squeeze me for as much money as possible than a "what does my car need that they can do".

Fast and friendly service but a little on tyhe expensive side. Only go if your mechanic is unavailable
