I have been using Lagrange Upholstery for over 15 years and they consistently do a great job. Workmanship is wonderful, Jamie who runs the business is terrific, and they have a great selection of fabrics. In addition to upholstery, I have had them make headboards, slipcovers, pillows and more. Absolutely happy with everything!!!

I have done business here for years, for my personal furniture and that of clients.  Service has been unrushed and friendly and they stand behind their work.  Note: they can make suggestions as to weight and types of fabric that will work best for your project.  But, they are not (or claim to be) designers.

I have always had a great experience with Jamie and La Grange Upholstery.  I have worked with Jamie multiple times and always been very impressed with their professionalism and honesty.  Thank you for always making time to take my calls and keeping me informed on what is going on.

Here is what happened and you deiced for your self. 

Over three months ago I agreed with my sister in law to get two pieces of furniture refinished. One piece was for me and one was for her. The cost for my kids dresser was $700 plus $60 for delivery. Cash. 
The company told us it would take about two to three weeks to get the dresser finished. For three months the company was telling us this week. This week. Next week. This week. Finally they finish the dresser three months later. They call my wife an hour and a half before delivery. My wife is at the doctors with my new born and I am at work. There is no cash to pay them in the house and they tell me the amount I owe them is $950. They give my wife a discount of $45. Embarrassing in my opinion. Especially since I just got a new born and moved in the house and had no dresser for three months.  

I called the store and complained to Jamie. I told her to give me my money back and keep the dresser. Her answer was we don't work like that, she didn't even honer the original price. She tell's me they are a professional business after I gave her piece of my mind and hung up. Embarrassing if this is their standard of professional service.
