Thanks, Jim Brown Co., for offering an economical yearly maintenance plan that has kept my "older" heating and cooling systems operating at their best. Your techs are always on time and efficient, showing me photos of items that need attention, so I am able to understand what needs to be done. Mostly, though, they keep everything trouble free. The only time in over ten years that I had an emergency problem a tech was here promptly after my call. That problem was a blower motor that they had warned about and the replacement was installed at a discount due to the maintenance plan. I would absolutely recommend this company.
