This place use to be great when the older lady had it. You could call and get what ever it was you needed and now that they have rebuilt and new people running it you cant get nothing nor do they care to help. They suck!!!!

Terrible customer service! 
I stopped into the store to have someone come and take a look at my pool. I spoke with a woman and told her I needed help with my pool. She said she would have someone call me to set up an appointment. I left my credit card on file stating I will be spending a good amount of money to get my pool back in order. 

A few days passed still no call. I called back multiple times just for it to just ring and ring. I called back the next week finally someone picked up. I asked the woman (I assume the same woman I spoke with the first time) why no one had called me. (In a condescending tone) she says "Yeaaaaa they make their own schedule sooooo....." I thought to myself REALLY!? This is your answer.. I told her if I'm bothering her I could always go somewhere else. She says (same condescending tone)...... Drum roll please...... "WOULD YOU LIKE ME TO GIVE YOU SOME NUMBERS"?
 Wow.... wow... I literally could not believe she was recommending her competitor over her own buisness. 

Now I am not a rude or agressive person. So I'm wondering why she would just ignore my calls then with in 30 sec of our next conversation direct me to her direct competition. Well needless to say her help was not needed I already have the number. I will also shared this story with anyone who has a pool and desires quality customer service. HONESTLY it might just be this woman I never actually spoke to anyone else. Either way I would never recomend this company for anything pool related.

I called the other day ! And i did not know that Michelle did not work
There anymore. The girl that answered the phone ( Amanda )  was rude 
And a smart ass to boot !

I've been a Splash's customer for three years now, and I am still happy that I chose them. The employees are unfailingly good-natured and helpful, and any problems I've had with equipment have been resolved.
