My first time at Jim Kryshak Jewelers was a wonderful one. Everyone was so kind especially Tracie who had helped me pick out my items. She was patient with me and definitely made sure I walked away with items I for sure loved. And I did. I walked out with a smile from ear to ear. It was such a pleasant time, & I couldn’t say enough. I have absolutely no complaints. The service was amazing.

Jen was awesome to work with! Never felt pressured to buy or upscale our budget which was greatly appreciated. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff making sure we were taken care of. In the end we decided to purchase without looking elsewhere because of the great customer service and no pressure atmosphere.

Bought my engagement ring at Jim Kryshak and have had fantastic service. Jodi was such a help in the process. I have a particular taste and she helped find my dream ring. Also ordered the matching wedding band and they were able to customize it to have the same white gold and rose gold coloring as my engagement ring. My fiance and I also recently found his wedding band at Jim Kryshak. Would recommend them to anyone looking for jewelry for any occasion.

We went with a mission and a budget in mind. Chrystal was mindful of our budget and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for which made our experience stress free. With knowledgeable expertise and patients, we found exactly what we were looking for and couldn’t be any happier with anything. Truly awesome.

We have been going to Jim Kryshak Jewelers for 5 years now. We are always greeted right away and helped with whatever we need! Fantastic service! Thank you for always making sure my jewelry is in great condition! We wouldn't go anywhere else!
