Had a manufacturer issue with the bike I bought there, they got it fixed up next day at no cost. Helped me figure out the best bike rack for my car, this place has earned a customer for life. Highly recommend!

I've been doing business at Jim's Bicycle Shop for over 15 years. Have ordered three custom-built bikes through him. They have always given good, reliable, quick service, giving me 'loaner' bike' if required. They won't try to oversell you and they won't sell you junk. Good people.  I've referred many friends there, from brand new cyclists to experts.

Jim's Bike Shop has been my local bike shop for over 30 years. I have watched this store evolve from a small family bike store to a full line bike store. The bike knowledge offered is phenomenal. The service is first class. Many times I have special ordered products through Jim's rather than through the Internet and I received fair prices and fast delivery. Because it has always been family owned, the entire family and staff is customer focused. I have 100% trust in Jim's Bicycle Shop.

Jim helped get me a great bike on a tight schedule when the opportunity came to ride the White Rim Trail near Moab.
