There's a reason almost all of our keys have their name on it, they do good work. I'm just a little put off that the girl working didn't even ask if I wanted one of the fun keys (I did) and just started making keys.

Amber was great getting my order, Bill showed up on time and got the work done efficiently and correctly with no fuss and under the estimated cost. Couldn't ask for better service.

Okay, so this locksmith wasted a week of my time and couldn't even help with my lock problem. I stopped in his shop on a Monday asking for a quote to get the locks on my car re-keyed. The locksmith was not in but they took my information and said he would call me back. I stopped in again on Wednesday when no one called me back. They took another message (locksmith was out again). They told me if I wanted to talk to him I should come in Saturday as he was always in the shop Saturday. I told them I just wanted a ballpark figure as to how much it would cost. They assured me he would call. So Saturday I stopped in (as no one called) and guess what. He does not even work on car locks. Maybe he is okay for out calls but definitely avoid his storefront, and be sure to go somewhere else if you need car locks worked on.

We had a lockout emergency recently and Jimmie's responded quickly. From the time we called them til our front door was open was about an hour. Technician Bill was friendly and helpful. We had great service from Jimmie's, and we would not hesitate to call them again.
