I called to ask if he could program a Ford key fob for me. He answered promptly, didn't get a voicemail so that was a positive. Pretty much guaranteed, rudely, that the fob I purchased online with a guarantee wouldn't work. Told me I was looking at $400 easily and it wasn't worth the time trying the one I bought. They don't work. I was bummed. I asked if we could just give it a shot, he finally agreed. Well....sort of. He'd try for $150 cash. He was clear about the cash part (maybe he doesn't take credit/debit cards?) and that was if the programming worked or not. I said sure, when can you come by. He gave me a window that I assumed was when he thought he'd be free that was a few hours away. I had a meeting to get to so declined to call back. Next day I called Magic key. Chris took the chance and told me ekeyless sells good fobs (which is where mine came from) he wasn't sure it'd work but said it was $20 for the attempt and if it worked I'd owe a bit more for the work complete. Cool. He was over in a couple of hours and wouldn't you know, the key fob sky hi guaranteed wouldn't work...well it's working perfectly. Perfect. I'm guessing sky hi is a great locksmith, so much so they can be rude and get all demanding about upfront cash payment. Try magic key, they try and take debit cards.

I needed to purchase and have programmed a second remote key fob for my 2017 Ford Fusion. Benny was able to explain the pros and cons of buying a cheap aftermarket fob from the internet versus the real deal from Ford. He ordered the remote for me and then came to my house to program it. He was even able to save me about $250 on the cost of the service. Benny is prompt, professional, and an all around nice guy. He'll be my locksmith again should I need him in the future. I purchased a 2007 ford with worn out keys, Benny was able to figure out the correct key and cut me two new ones. The keys and locks are as smooth as butter. It’s nice to see someone in this day and age who still does good work. THANKS BENNY!!!

Just had him come to my wife's car this morning. She broke her key in the door the night before and when I asked him to come that night he said if we waited till the morning it would cost under $100. He met me and my wife at our car and as soon as I left for work he took my wife to the cleaners big time! He charged her $250 for what should have been $75 tops. When she tried to pay with our card he said she had to do cash and refused her a reciet. So now I can't even report it because he is a scam artist!!! So upset and disgusted about this company

Thanks Benny for being timely.  I enjoyed you as well as your services. I recommend your services to others.  Never new there is a difference between remote and transmitter in a key.
