Replacement car key. He was very polite and grateful for the business. Within 45 minutes of calling I had a brand new key. He took the time to ensure it was smooth and did not catch at all. Great work. The dealership quoted 300 for same thing he did for 110. Any key problems he should be your first call. Best locksmith experience I have ever had.

Filled out their online contact form. After a week no one got back to me. I called them and was told a locksmith near me would call to set up an appointment. The locksmith called and said he would call back at 5 because he had other jobs (which is understandable). He never called back so I tried calling him. After a week still no call back. So after 2 weeks I still don't have an appointment to fix my locks. How is this company still in business if they won't even return calls? Totally unacceptable business practice! Went with another company and got locks done in 20 min. I would not recommend this company to anyone. All these 5 star reviews must be fake. I know the owner's response below says it never happened and that I am from another locksmith company writing a bad review. But I AM a real customer and it DID happen. If I was another locksmith company writing this review I would have listed our company name and draw customers to our locksmith company. But as you can see I intentionally did not mention the locksmith I ended up using because I didn't want people to think this was a fake review. Its sad that the owner is lying about it not happening just to save face.

Magic key was recommended from a friend. I needed my house re- keyed. I called and spoke to Ron who said he could be over in 15 minutes. I was truly impressed with his quick response and professionalism. I highly recommend you use his service. He completed the job in 30 minutes. Thanks Ron! Carrin Cook

Wow! This is what customer service should be like! Polite, professional, and very reasonably priced. In 15 minutes made two keys for my Jeep at half the price of one from the dealership.I could not ask for a better experience. Highly Recommend!

My fiancé lost his truck keys and we didn't have any spares, they drove to divide co from Colorado springs.. About an hour drive. He made to keys and charge less than two hundred dollars i am so pleased with their service, how quick they were and their prices. I would recommend to everyone
