This one particular store (the one in the gas station) is a complete joke with extremely rude staff and ridiculous store policies.  The OTHER store in Broomfield (near the Flatirons Mall) is unbelievably amazing in every way.  I live near this one by the gas station, but I work near the one near Flatirons... so I am very familiar with both stores.

It turns out, THIS store (in the gas station) is independently owned, and Jimmy Johns actually lets the owner set his own store policies.  For example, you can’t pay extra for peppers or lettuce on your slim sandwich.  The other store not only does this for you, they don’t even charge extra.  These jokers will fight you tooth and nail about it.

I ordered a sandwich here the last time I went and it was such a complete joke that I took photographs to share online.  It was so bad that one of the kids working here had to have gone out of his way to make it this badly.  I called the store to complain and the manager argued me up and down.  It got really bad on the phone, actually.  I drove all the way back to the store to show him and only after seeing it in person did he calm down and admit that it wasn’t okay.  Before that he wasn’t willing to admit that one of his own employees was being a little punk.

We will NEVER visit this store again.  The owner doesn’t seem to care and won’t bother returning your call.  I refuse to let him/her profit off of me.

I use the app to order and its amazing and easy to use. The food is always fresh, delivery is freaky fast. Whenever I want a sandwich it is always from Jimmy Johns, I don't go anywhere else. Keep up the amazing work Jimmy Johns.

Delivery FREAKY sucks. Claim that we're out of their area but we're only 14 blocks away.  Their excuse was that they would get penalized if they came here, but there is no other shop anywhere near this one, so it was not infringing on another store.

Has a weird delivery area; will not deliver to my house in Broomfield even though they're also in Broomfield and I'm only five minutes away, yet they'll deliver much farther in Westminster. Great food, but without delivery, it's pretty pointless.
