Ordered a turkey bacon club online, for delivery. $7 sandwich, $3 delivery, $3 tip and there was no bacon on it! I would have preferred to give feedback to the actual restaurant but they also never sent me any email confirmation/ receipt.

Decent sandwich but definitely not worth 13 bucks, especially if they're going to leave out main ingredients. 2 stars for the delicious pickle.

In my book, THIS is the Jimmy Johns by which all other stores are judged.  I’ve been eating here since they opened and their unreal employee retention (over a decade, for at least three employees I know here) says everything.  They go out of their way to remember my very complex sandwich and pride themselves on getting it right, often before I’ve made my way to the counter.  If I’ve ever had a special request (like when my picky son accompanies me), they give zero hassle and do everything to make us happy.  I eat here every single week day when I’m in the office.  Hint on the best sandwich you’ll ever have:  #6 on wheat, no mayo, lots of tomatoes, add hot peppers, oregano, Jimmy mustard, and heavy on the sauce... and get a bag of jalapeno chips.  I’m not a vegetarian by any stretch but god this is good.

I ordered delivery.  Extremely fast and courtesy service.  Sandwich was made just the way I customized it.  Very consistently good sandwiches.  Thanks.

If I could leave a negative star I would. The people working at this location were very rude, did not want to make our sandwiches right and talked to us in a very rude manor! I would not recommend any one else to this location. The guys name was Nicholas and he just absolutely ruined our whole night and also yelled at me when I wanted to fill up my drink. I just ignored him, filled up my drink and left. Very poor location!
