I wish I could give a minus 10 review. After a 30 minute wait in the drive thru the food was mostly wrong. I went into the store to get a refund and the cashier, Heather wouldn't refund the full amount unless I went back out to the car and gave her back the only correct item, a large slaw. Any competent employee would have comped the entire ticket allowing the customer to keep the slaw as a way of apologizing for the obscene wait time and the wrong food . What I got was a ton of attitude AND THEN she deliberately charged my card a second time which I failed to notice until today. When I called the store the manager, Nicholas to get all my money refunded he swore at me, called me a liar, refused to give me a contact number for the area manager, and hung the phone up on me not once but twice. It took three calls to the 1-800 number to get thru to a supervisor but the only thing he could do for me was to take a report and pass it along to the franchise owner/ area supervisor. I have started a fraud investigation with my bank, and if by this time tomorrow (12/21/2017) I have not heard back from the owner with a guarantee that all my money will be refunded I plan on filing charges with the Broomfield police. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, THE EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE, INCOMPETENT, AND WORSE, DISHONEST!!!!

Horrifically slow. Out of sides. 25 minutes to get a 8 piece bucket. Never again. Want good chicken? Go to King Soopers.

Absolutely a wonderful place to go the crew is amazing there always friendly they know me by name and I loved the Halloween decorations can't wait to see what they do for Christmas

No sense in really writing a review. Same old AVERAGE food. Same HIGH prices. Same TERRIBLE service. Same LONG wait. But this is all standard for fast food restaurants today.... I'm sure the staff is nice and friendly, but obviously they just don't care.

Usual fast food restaurant.. Feel the quality of the chicken on offer has gone down offlate.. also feel there fried foods are very salty..
