I went through the drive-thru in the morning for breakfast and left without my debit card. I did not realize that I left my card until that evening. I called the restaurant and they had secured my card in the safe. I picked up my card the next morning and the person I spoke with was very nice and apologetic. He returned my card after checking my I.D. then offered me a free meal. I want to thank the person I spoke with and show my appreciation for how this situation was handled. Thank you

Don’t go here ever! Rude / disrespectful employees, lied about what they sell and closed early. Would give no stars. Went through the drive thru at 10:00pm. Waited 7 minutes to have no one say anything. Went inside at 10:09pm and stood there for another 10 min with the worker walking around us locking the doors and intentionally ignoring me. Then finally said that they are closed even thought on the doors and online say they close at 10:30pm and she said that that was wrong. Then she rudely took my order making me repeat myself 4 times and told me that they don’t sell breakfast burritos. Then I asked what they had to sell she said “nothing”. If that lady doesn’t want to work till the actual close time she should not be working there.(as we where leaving there was 5-8 cars lined in the drive Thur at 10:20pm. She should not work there. )

As a person who used to be a manager for McDonald's I have to say this job is not rocket science. But apparently, for the managers and employees at this location it is. Food is never fresh, it always takes way too long to be greeted even when it is not busy, and 99% of the time the order handed to you is wrong. Good customer service is not that hard. I know. I used to do it. 10/10 would not recommend this store by the Flatirons mall.

the location is super convenient because my job is super close, but I will consider going to a different location because of their employees. I was there about two weeks ago and I waited at the drive thru window for about five minutes (they were open it was 8pm) and I said hello? I got a lady over the intercom saying "can you wait" in a very stern voice and I left at that moment. Last night I went again, and I was told they weren't taking orders at that time, even though they served the people before me. I don't know. I would just rather go to a McDonald's where I don't have to be yelled at and not served

Stop here every morning. Pretty much perfect except one morning the bacon was burned.
