I have to give these guys some love. This have been my Jimmy Johns since I started going to Jimmy Johns over 10 years ago. I've watched dozens of employees going in and out of that building, and never once have I not enjoyed my food, or not enjoyed the company of the staff. I generally go with my dad who is a man of many cool or interested t-shirts, they call him "cool t-shirt guy" and we always enjoy some good conversations with the staff as we enjoy or sandwiches. This place is great for solo or group of 10 to enjoy a decently priced sandwich which fills you up but doesn't drain your wallet. Average cost per person is generally 10$.

Used to order often to my work.  Staff appears to confused and unprofessional.  Every time I used to call taking the address and getting the business name was next to impossible, and at times I had to deal with more than one person over the phone.  Asked to speak to the manager twice and would just sit on hold until I eventually hung up.   Although there fast the food is not good enough to deal with that.

Ordered a #10 unwitch and was brought a #10 on bread. I called again to get an unwitch and when he brought it he asked for my sandwich back. He said they have to put the sandwich in a "discard pile" and mark it up. What is there to mark? You can still mark it as a mess up without taking the sandwich. Poor service, it was your fault, the least you could do is let them keep the sandwich. Plus all you would do is take the sandwich and eat it/ throw it away. Also the delivery guy left the building when I told him I was keeping both sandwiches saying "maybe next time you get an unwitch, actually order it." All in all- that service sucks but the food is still good and I'm gonna keep going there cause it's good. So... 1 star (for the food)
