Delicious Americanized Asian food. This is some of the best fried rice. Great flavor combinations as well. Large proportions.

This is good overall, though they serve me my hot & sour soup tepid, and I couldn't get the tofu _with_ the calamari (creating both serving and billing problems). "Calamari is an appetizer, sir." My mind flashes on restaurants in Asia where I've eaten. "In some places it is," I say. I think of a besieged cook at a wok quickly responding to the vicissitudes of human need. Here we are dancing around a program in a cash register. There's latitude of choices, but no room for variations. I am reminded a bit of "The Soup Nazi" episode of _Seinfeld_. But in the end I am happily fed at a reasonable price. I also don't think this place has been open long because there are glaring oversights: where are the napkins? Where's my soup? The manager does her best to make it up to me. In a few weeks I'm sure they'll work out the kinks.

Called to talk to a manager and immediately got hung up on. When I called back to inform them of a driver that was driving in the center lane down Jollyville the manager didn't seem the least bit concerned. Avoid doing business with this establishment as they obviously don't take customer concerns seriously.

I do like the food here, but I have to say, today I had the worst wait time I've ever experienced at Mama Fu's. I ordered two entrees to go and it took 35 min to get my order, and this was after they told me it would be a 15-20 min wait. Try to at least have accurate wait times next time.

Ordered over the phone and literally never received my order. I'm glad I was going to pay with cash instead of my card so I didn't lose money. There are other options in Austin that can deliver customer service. Lazy employees and poorly managed establishment. Will never order from them again and I'd advice that you don't either
