It was just that twice in a row the orders were off by one small detail. This time, the pickle :) wasn't included and we had to explain to our guest that we did order but didn't receive the pickle. The worst being that the manager i spoke with just now regarding this was slightly abrupt, interrupting and not really wanting to listen. :( JJ's did credit the pickle... and service was freaky fast...

Decent sandwiches—if you like white French bread and mayonnaise. 

They don’t toast, and only use iceberg lettuce. 

One upside over subway is that Jimmy John  bread is much more filling—it’s a very dense French bread. Jimmy Johns eight inch fills me up—a subway footlong is more like a larger snack.

I didn't tip the first time I ordered a delivery because of the bad reviews. It turned out I got my order in just 20 minutes, and all is accurate even though I customized all my sandwiches.

Jimmy John's is so fast that it's spooky. Yesterday I ordered a "JJ Gargantuan" (which i quickly realized is just a ridiculous amount of food) and they handed the finished sandwich to me while I was putting my debit card back into my wallet. I thought it was the wrong sandwich, it had been 30 seconds after all, but it was exactly as I ordered it. It's borderline magic.
