Called to place an order it was wrong. I called back to tell them. A lady picked up and basically told me too bad. Didn't seem to care. She was giving me attitude like as if I personally did something wrong. Telling me she's had a long day as if it's my fault. Never been to a Pizza Hut with such terrible service. Never ordering here again. All around terrible service. First time I've ever felt the need to write a review of a place. By the looks of these other comments it's a pretty frequent thing.

Pretty good customer service. They got my order wrong the first time but had a new pizza out within the hour. Manager was nice enough on the phone. Both delivery guys were pleasant.

The Pizza Web site is a nightmare to use, so I called the store to ask about special deals on large pizzas (Super Supreme). I was told there was no deals, just the regular price of $17+ each. So I went online and ordered this pizza. When I get to the store there is a pile of coupons advertising ANY large pizza for $10. I asked the clerk if she was the one I talked to one the phone and she said yes, then told me she could not change the price due to it being a online order. Do they spend time training their young staff & making sure they know pricing?

We order from this store maybe three times a month, the orders are always accurate and done on time, the sales people are friendly and helpful and the pizzas are the best of all the chains in town.
